This study aims to examine the workforce performances and workplace management strategies of employees who have been diagnosed at the early stage of Alzheimer's disease. Neurodegenerative diseases, especially Alzheimer's disease, can affect the efficiency of the employees in the workplace by causing decline in cognitive, motor and emotional functions. Early diagnosis is critical to manage these effects on labor force. Suitable management strategies for individuals with early stage Alzheimer's disease can help maintain performance at work and contribute to organizational sustainability. In this context, strategies such as flexible working hours, task changes and supportive training programs can be applied with early diagnosis. The study emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease both individually and organizational. It also reveals the necessity of employers and managers to take appropriate supportive measures for employees with Alzheimer's disease in order to manage the effects on the labor force.

This study examined impact of corporate conspiracy on employees productivity in Rivers state universities. The study was led by a single research question, and one null hypothesis was put to the test. The study design used was a descriptive survey. There were 38 lecturers in the population, hence a census survey sampling was used. Three professionals validated the data gathering questionnaire, which had four response possibilities. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the instrument's dependability, and the results showed coefficients of 0.73. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to assess the null hypotheses at the 0.05 level of significance, while mean and standard deviation were utilized to answer the research question and quantify the dispersion in respondents' viewpoints. Findings revealed that that corporate conspiracy very highly, impacts negatively on lecturers productivity. Consequently, it was concluded that if universities managements are not careful of corporate conspiracy and device a better way of getting information, the productivity of lecturers will continue lower with serious negative effect on the students performnce and overall objectives of the universities. Based on the finding, it was recommended that Rivers State universities managements should be very careful of corporate conspiracy and conspiracy theories because of their negative impact. The universities management should adopt Goal-Setting Theory to examine the extent to which goal setting and feedback drive employees (lecturers) productivity in the universities.

This study examined the parents' perception of the seventh graders' standardized tests. The primary purpose of this study is to explore parents' opinions on these tests and how they might affect their children's academic performance; it also looks at how parents view the importance of the tests. This study uses a mixed method design; quantitative or numerical data offer a measurable result, but qualitative or descriptive data offers a more profound comprehension of respondents' perspectives. A purposive reduced random sampling technique selected 54 respondents from the 7th-grader population of 360 students. The study also ensured that the students' identities would remain private and that they would be told how their information would be kept safe. Findings that indicate how parents feel about seventh-grade standardized achievement exams were the aim of this study, focusing on the value, fairness, and impact of these tests on their children's academic performance. This study highlights the standardized testing that can be made more practical and less stressful for students and teachers while improving communication and support of parents. It also emphasized that standardized tests are one way to measure children's progress, and parents should be involved in the process. Moreover, how to improve communication with parents and reduce stress around testing for both teachers and students. The experiment was carried out at the Teaching and Research farm of Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Makurdi, Makurdi (6° 11’-7° 41’N Latitude and 7° 21’ - 8° 37’E Longitude). The experiment aimed to investigate the effect of effects of organic manure on the nutritional composition of rosselle seed, leaves and calyx in Makurdi, Benue state Nigeria. The experiment was done in the laboratory of Animal Production Laboratory of Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Makurdi. The treatments used were Seeds, Leaves and Calyx of rosselle from NG001(Dark red), NG002 (Wine red) and NG003 (Light red) accession that was grown using organic nutrient source of Poultry droppings, Cow dung, Compost and Control, the nutritional components that was determined from the seeds, leaves and calyx were moisture, crude fat, ash, crude fiber, crude protein and carbohydrate through the following methods; Moisture Content Oven Drying Method was used, Crude Fiber Weende Method, Lipids Soxhlet Extraction, Ash Dry Ashing, Protein Kjeldahl Method and Carbohydrate Phenol-sulfuric acid was used. From the result obtained significant difference (P<0.05) was recorded were NG001 (Dark red) accessions had higher nutritional content when compared with other accession used with NG003 (light red) recording the least. On the nutritional content the Calyx recorded the highest in carbohydrate (60.21) content with Leaves recorded the highest in protein content (11.26), moisture content (10.74), crude fat (8.21), ash (7.24) and crude fibre (6.24) while Seed recorded the least in all the nutritional content in NG001. From the result obtained farmers in these location are advice to used to use poultry dropping in cultivating roseelle as it add to the nutritional content of the plants thereby improving human health.

This study aims to determine tenth graders in public and private secondary causes of distraction in Technology and how it affects their academic performance. Students' academic performance suffers because they cannot focus when digital devices become more frequently used in the classroom. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected using a sequentialexplanatory research design to compare the prevalence and contributing factors of student digital distractions. The findings indicate that mobile notifications, social networking, and online gaming seriously impair pupils' ability to focus. While private school students suffer from excessive phone use, which has led some schools to implement phone confiscation rules, public school students are distracted mainly by requiring online content and a lack of scheduled procedures. The study highlights the need for solutions, including planned computer breaks, increased parental participation, and defined school rules to reduce distractions. It also emphasizes how important it is to teach students time management and self-control techniques so they can balance their usage of Technology with their curricular responsibilities. By solving these problems, parents and teachers can assist students in forming better digital habits that will enhance their ability to concentrate and study. Ultimately, this study emphasizes the importance of a well-rounded approach to technology use in the classroom, ensuring that technological resources promote academic achievement rather than hinder it.

The growth and production of Capsicum annuum are examined in this review in relation to the impacts of vermicompost and conventional fertilizers. Vermicompost enhances soil structure, soil nutrient availability and soil microbial health, resulting in improved plant growth and productivity. In contrast, conventional fertilizers, while providing immediate nutrients, can degrade soil quality and pose environmental risks. Findings indicate that vermicompost promotes better growth parameters, higher fruit yield, and improved nutritional quality. The review underscores the potential of vermicomposting as a sustainable alternative to conventional methods, encouraging further research and adoption in agricultural practices.
