Abstract:
The article focuses on the impact of new technologies on the organization of work and the production process of the
worker. Using the tradition of the Sociology of Work and through the example of a fast food restaurant, with on-site observation and
an in-depth interview with a worker, all aspects of conflict and consent that constitute the forms of labor control in the new abstention
of McDonaldization come to light.
